Low Carb Mushroom Sauce
25g butter
2 cloves garlic crushed
100g mushrooms, peeled and sliced
100g cream cheese
ΒΌ cup heavy cream
Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the garlic and mushroom slices until no longer raw (only takes 2 or 3 minutes).
Turn the heat down and add the cream cheese, mixing to avoid any lumps.
Now add the double cream and stir until heated through.
